Torn Paper Collages

Kindergarteners created these collages by tearing and pasting scrap construction paper from the art room. Beautiful!

Printmaking Portraits

Students created these "printing plates" by outlining portrait drawings with puffy paint. 

Then, by using the crayon rubbing technique, these portraits can be "printed" over and over again. Students also used  "printing plates" with abstract textural designs and combined them both to create this great work...

 

Recycled Weavings

      

Students in 7th grade recycled items such as cereal boxes, chip bags, and old jeans by incorporating them into these weavings.

Kindergarteners  created pictures of what and who they might see if they visited outer space.
